About the recipe
Spring Vibes Sweater is a chunky, light, airy and quick knit sweater that goes perfectly over any outfit on nice spring days or late summer evenings. The sweater is knitted top down, back and forth in stocking stitch. First, the top part of the back piece is knitted, then stitches are picked up along the shoulder seams. The two shoulders are knitted separately with increases, before they are gathered under the sleeves and the body is knitted in the round. The sleeves are picked up and knitted in stocking stitch before rib. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline, which are cast off with i-cord.
The sweater has a Positive Ease of approx. 15-25 cm. This means that you need to measure your chest measurement and add approx. 15-25 cm to find the right size. For example, if you have a chest measurement of 87 cm, you can knit size XXS/XS with a positive ease of 15 cm, or an S/M for an extra oversized sweater with 25 cm positive ease. Note that the stated yarn quantity applies to the stated length. If you want to knit the sweater longer, you should calculate extra yarn for this.
