About the pattern
Leaf (me alone) Sweater is a soft, oversized raglan sweater featuring contrast-color pattern bands. The sweater is worked bottom-up in two colors. The sleeves and body are joined for the yoke, where raglan decreases shape the upper body. The result is a truly cozy sweater with a bold, graphic look, striking without being “too much.” Just the right amount of statement, just the right amount of chill!
The sweater is designed with a positive ease of approx. 20–35 cm, depending on how oversized you prefer it. This means you have to measure your own bust circumference and add 20-35 cm to find your size.
You can choose the height of the pattern bands: for short bands (like the brown version), follow the pattern as written. For tall bands (like the pink version), work Charts D and E as extensions of Charts B and C. To maintain the correct overall length, shorten the sections worked in the main color between the charts by the same amount of extra height added to the bands.
Please note that the listed yarn amounts apply to the version with short pattern bands. If you prefer the long-band version, you should allow for an additional 50 g of the contrast color. The pattern includes instructions for both options.
