About the pattern

Teddy Balaclava is an irresistibly cute balaclava for all little bear cubs <3 The hat is knitted in Based Design Vibes — a soft, itch-free and non-shedding yarn, making it perfect for the smallest ones. It is worked from the face opening and backwards in brioche stitch. The ears are knitted as you go and later joined with mattress stitch. Stitches are decreased along the back of the head, then stitches are picked up for the neck. The neck is shaped with increases and short rows, before stitches are cast on under the chin and the neck is worked in the round. Finally, the collar is knitted in brioche stitch to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.

Please note that the yarn amounts above are given for Based Design Vibes (50 g / 150 m). We all knit a little differently, so exact yardage may vary. We recommend allowing a few extra grams to be safe.
